The Amigos fundraiser has no minimum order and can be easily handled, primarily online.
Simply insert the Welcome to the Amigos fundraising flyer in your electronic newsletter, mentioning in your introduction the due date and how you would like payment. You may also attach this Amigos Fundraising Flyer PDF that includes images of the book covers. Both flyers provide a link to our web page where families can see the books, take a look inside and print out the family order form. Families fill out the order form and turn it in with their payment.
A week prior to the due date, download and send out this editable order due reminder. After the orders have been gathered, complete the school order form, email a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org, then mail the order form with a check for the cost of the books to the address on the form. The difference between the amount collected and the price of the book sets remains with your school program. The books will arrive in about three weeks.

1 – Insert this Welcome to the Amigos fundraiser and/or attach this Amigos Fundraising Flyer PDF in your electronic newsletter. The document contains information about the books, a link to our website allowing a peek inside the books and an order form the parents can print out, fill in and return with payment. If you have families without access to printers, print a few extra family order forms and have them available in the office.
2 – A week before the due date send a order due reminder.
3 – After due date, gather the order forms and payments. Fill out and submit this school order form, following the directions printed on the form.
4 – When the books arrive, collate them together in collections. Insert the order form in each collection and distribute to the excited students!
